Grady's Chicken/Broccoli Casserole








1 -14 oz. Pk. Broccoli Florets or Head of Fresh Broccoli, cooked ~drained %26amp; chopped


1 can cream of Mushroom Soup


1 can cream of Chicken Soup


2 Cups cooked chicken Breast, Cut fine


1 cup Mayonnaise


1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice


1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder


1/2 to 1 Cup Sharp Cheese, Graded


1 Medium Onion, chopped fine


Salt %26amp; Pepper





In a lightly greased Baking Dish (9 in. square or 9 * 13), Layer the Broccoli on the bottom of the dish, layer chicken over Broccoli. Mix other igredients together and pour over Broccoli and chicken. Top with a sleeve of Ritz crackers that have been crushed and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
