Chinese Tofu-Noodle Soup Recipe





Ingredients:


29 ounces fat-free chicken broth, reduced-sodium, or vegetable broth


1 cup water


2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce


2 teaspoons minced garlic


1 tablespoon ginger root, freshly grated, divided


3 cups mushroom(s), shiitake, stems removed, caps sliced


4 ounces uncooked whole-wheat spaghetti, broken in half


3/4 cup carrot(s), sliced


1 1/4 cup snow peas, fresh, trimmed, cut in half on the diagonal


1 cup canned yellow corn, baby, cut in half


8 ounces firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch chunks


1/2 cup scallion(s), sliced








Directions:





In a large saucepan, bring broth, water, soy sauce, garlic and 2 teaspoons of ginger to a boil over medium-high heat.





Add mushrooms, spaghetti and carrots; boil 5 minutes. Add snow peas and baby corn; boil 2 minutes. Add tofu; boil until vegetables are crisp-tender and spaghetti is al dente, about 2 minutes more.





Remove from heat and stir in scallions and remaining teaspoon of ginger.





Voila!!!

Tofu Miso...hands down! Japanese





Tofu Miso Soup Veg Japanese 10mins





Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Soups Dairy Free Japan Asia








Ingredients





960ml/32fl.oz. Dashi (Stock)


200g/7oz Firm Tofu, cut into small cubes


3 tbsp Red Miso Paste


4 Spring Onions, thinly sliced








Instructions











1. Place the dashi in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.








2. Add the tofu cubes and spring onion and mix well.











3. Place the miso paste in a small bowl, add a ladle of the hot stock from the pan and stir to dissolve miso.








4. Add the miso mixture to the pan and immediately remove from the heat. Do not boil the soup once the miso has been added. Serve hot.






Bring water to boil then add some milk, now add noodles with Masala pack and also one spoon of butter now add a Egg (not boiled Egg) stir it continously till it becomes gravy( stir for 8mins).Now the GOOD asain Soup with noodles is ready to have.Serve it hot..!!
Boil some water and put some miso paste in it 'till it dissolves. Then add chopped shitaki mushrooms and undon noodles. Cook that for a few minutes then add some chopped green onion. This recipe is fast and so damn good. It also looks really nice.
