This is an attempt whether it is to be answered possibly also in Yahoo-clever New Zealand a question; I believe, it is about a noodle soup; here a prescription from Bavaria:





Ingredients:


* 2 soup chickens, the animals should be at least 1 year old, because then the meat is better. Best of all from the farmer. * 2 leek poles * 1 celery root * 250 g of deep-frozen small peas * 1 kg of peeled tomatoes from the tin * 1 kg of noodles * salt * bouillon cube according to demand








Preparation:


Just 5 l of water and 2 teaspoons of salt in a pot give. The soup chickens in it 40 minutes cook (not covered). Chopped soup green add and cook other 30 minutes. The chickens out take which draw off skin, the meat remove and chop. Half of the meat for the next day put aside, because we need this for the chickens in farm kind. The broth durchsieben and in the pot again heat up. The noodles in the broth almost ready cook, the chicken meat and the peas in addition allow to give and cook in the closed pot 5 minutes. With salt and bouillon cube taste, if too thin-liquidly, broth tax away. The tomatoes water and give in big pieces with the sideboard on the plates. Of course the tomatoes can be also poured in the pot, but they should not cocook. I lay them rather on the plate, then they are not so hot, and it looks nicer. Care, the soup is very hot!
