Good recipe for Broccoli cheddar soup?

CHEDDAR CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP





4 heads broccoli, chopped


16 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped


2 c. onions, chopped


4 c. water


2 cans cream of celery soup


2 cans cheddar cheese soup


1 can cream of mushroom soup





Mix chopped broccoli and onions and 4 cups of water and boil. Allow mixture to boil for 5 minutes. Pour 2 cans of cream of celery, 1 can of cream of mushroom and 2 cans of cheddar cheese soup into mixture. Stir and turn heat to low. Put chopped Velveeta cheese on top slowly while stirring.Good recipe for Broccoli cheddar soup?

10 3/4 ounces canned beef broth (1 can)


10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup (1 can)


1/2 cup water


1 cup milk


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


2 cloves garlic, minced or finely chopped


black pepper, to taste


1/8 teaspoon dried thyme


1 dash nutmeg


2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli


1/2 cup diced celery


1/4 cup chopped onions


3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese


1 tablespoon minced parsley, , for garnish (optional)





1. Combine all ingredients, except cheddar and parsley in large saucepan.


2. Bring to boil, stirring.


3. Lower heat and simmer about 30 min.


4. ,or until veggies become tender, stirring often.


5. With slotted spoon, remove about half of broccoli, celery, and onion to food processor or blender.


6. Blend until smooth.


7. Return to saucepan and stir.


8. Slowly add cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is completely blended into soup.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper


3/4 cup chicken broth


1 1/2 cups milk


1 cup broccoli -- chopped


1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded





In a saucepan, saute the onion in butter until tender. Stir


in flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until smooth and bubbly. Add broth


and milk all at once; cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Add


broccoli. Simmer, stirring constantly, until heated through. Remove from the
